While Assassin has been in the most number of matches in this series thus far, he had technically won only against Rage since in his match with Titus -- in which he left the big man laying -- it was Assassin who actually submitted to Titus before taking him down with a low blow and sleepering him out.
Assassin was disgusted with this state of affairs and vowed to become the series champion and made good on the promise by walking through newcomer JT and finally becoming the series champion.
