With Heavyweight Champion Lyon's recent loss to Hunter of his Straight Up Championship, many wrestlers smell blood and are lining up for a shot!
LyonHunters is a series of matches between heavyweights to determine who will get that shot.
Kicking it off, Cubano arrives ready to face Sensei, who kicked off the Heavyweight Series with his victory over then-newcomer Prince Naughty but was subsequently derailed after suffering an injury from Juice.
A year later, Sensei enters this match...after having recently been choked out by Juice!
Cubano and Sensei fight MMA style, methodically, carefully, and intelligently. Sensei suffers a leg and shoulder injury during the shoot and Cubano eagerly goes in for the kill, but is frustrated by Sensei's skillfull deflections and defenses.
But Cubano is hungry, cocky, and self-assured and eventually pours it on sufficiently to earn the win.
