The hunt for a #1 Contender has begun.
Lyon, fresh off of a victory over Assassin that made him the Heavyweight Champion as well as the Straight Up Champion, decides to open up his own private arena as a personal coliseum for new gladiators to battle on the mats to eventually determine a worthy fighter.
In the first battle of the hunt, street fighter X-Kon takes on MMA expert Hunter.
Their contrasting styles become evident right away: X-Kon makes limited use of his own wrestling skill but seems more comfortable with a roughhousing style that includes slams, chokes, and full frontal attacks while Hunter uses a measured, careful approach to parry his opponent's attacks, utilizing leverage, his own considerable strength, and a deep knowledge of locks, counters, and submission holds.

X-Kon and Hunter bring their entire repertoire to bear in the battle!
Hunter's massive trapezius and shoulder muscles balance the compact muscle of his lower body and afford him excellent balanced power with which to launch takedowns...
...but when the going gets tough, X-Kon pulls out the dirty tactics to try to force a victory by punishing Hunter!
