16 Series Champions competed to become the Undisputed Champion over the course of one year.

Over a dozen former Series Championships were stripped as a result of the crowning of Xavier as the first Undisputed Champ.

Since then, the company was "invaded" by a gang calling itself 404Life.

BWN, led by Assassin, rallied and placed a mole inside 404Life to assure its destruction, the end result of which was the complete destruction of 404Life and the awarding of the Undisputed Championship to that mole, Brawl Champion Cell, by the first Undisputed Champion Xavier.

Cell then goes on to accept a challenge from 404Life's Sword, and loses the belt.

BWN is the first wrestling company of its kind to produce an Undisputed Championship Tournament.
