Eric vs. Foxx: The Feud That Never Happened
A bad neck, a car accident, and a busy schedule all conspired to prevent this match between two undefeated wrestlers from happening. The winner of Tournament Round 4 (Foxx) was supposed to face Eric for the final match of the Submission Tournament. Unfortunately, due to scheduling conflicts it couldn't get shot at the time. A few months later, Eric was experiencing some pain from a neck injury and then shortly thereafter he was involved in a car accident that re-aggravated the injury, thereby making this classic match impossible.
